Major highways that offer direct or connecting routes to South Jersey include: 
I-95; I-295; I-76 and I-676; Route 1; New Jersey Turnpike, Pennsylvania Turnpike; Garden State Parkway; and the Atlantic City Expressway. 

Major bridge connections include: 
Ben Franklin Bridge to Routes 30 and 676 East; Walt Whitman Bridge to Route 42 South; Betsy Ross Bridge to Route 73 South; Tacony Palmyra Bridge to Route 73 South; Burlington Bristol Bridge to Route 130; Commodore Barry Bridge to Route 322 East; and Delaware Memorial Bridge to NJ Turnpike or Route 295 North.
